    If you are appealing a citation because you have a handi­capped placard or a meter receipt showing that you paid for parking, please include the following information in the “Description” section of the appeal:
    • If system not accepting payment:
      Please call our office at (530) 550-2323 if the system does not allow you to pay the citation online. We can assist you and explain your payment options.
    • For citations beginning with TP:
      If your citation number in the upper right corner has a TP dash (-), please leave out the dash sign when looking up acount, enter as follows: TPXXXX.
    • For handicapped placard:
      The ID number located at the bottom of your placard.
    • For meter receipt:
      The "Machine ID" and "Receipt No." printed on the meter receipt.
